We have established a state-of-the-art repair center staffed by a group of senior and professional watchmakers. Each watchmaker has received comprehensive and systematic training, enabling them to accurately repair and maintain the latest Paillard watches, as well as properly restore antique watches of historical value.


    Moreover, to keep up with the development of watchmaking technology and continuously improve our service quality, our watchmakers participate in regular training to constantly refine their watch repair skills. Whenever and wherever, we are committed to providing every Paillard customer with considerate and thoughtful service, making you feel at home.
  • Matters Needing Attention

    In order to standardize the maintenance service process of Charles-Auguste Paillard(CAP) watches and safeguard the rights and interests of both parties, the relevant rules regarding the maintenance service are hereby specified as follows:

    Pre - service communication: Before starting each maintenance service, Paillard will inform the customer of the estimated cost and repair duration. After receiving the customer's confirmation, the maintenance work will be officially initiated.

    Disposal of replaced parts: The parts replaced during the maintenance process will be uniformly retained by Paillard and will not be returned to the customer.

    Watch Collection and Settlement: Customers are required to settle the maintenance fees before they can collect the repaired watches.


  • Warranty


    Each Paillard watch undergoes a series of rigorous tests before leaving the factory to ensure accurate timekeeping and reliable performance. With full confidence in its watchmaking craftsmanship and product quality, Paillard offers different warranty services for different types of watches: non - mechanical watches come with a twenty - four (24) - month warranty, while mechanical watches enjoy an extended five (5) - year warranty.


    However, it should be noted that the following situations are not covered by the warranty: normal wear and tear, especially the natural wear of non - metal watch straps; loss or theft due to personal negligence; damage caused by improper use. In addition, if the watch is fitted with components not produced by Paillard, or if the original parts are replaced with non - Paillard components, the warranty service will immediately become invalid.


    For the warranty card to be valid, the following conditions must be met simultaneously: the watch must be sold by an authorized Paillard retailer; at the time of purchase, the warranty card must be fully completed by the authorized Paillard retailer; if repairs are needed during the warranty period, the customer must bring the warranty card to an authorized Paillard retailer or a Paillard service center listed in this manual.
